Some mornings are made for good conversation. I'll be joining a panel at Margaret Mornings, London's quarterly discussion series, held in collaboration with Roadbook at Aethos hotel. We'll be exploring how the strongest hospitality brands build community and connection with their audiences, with industry voices from architecture, design, and lifestyle in the room.

I'll be presenting Beautiful Failures: Willing to Speak, the culmination of an original research series exploring how the industry handles failure — and why so few will put their name to it. What does that silence cost, and what could we learn by dropping it?
