TFE Hotels wanted to create a hospitality lab to test the future of travel. They needed a partner who could understand the changing needs of tomorrow's travellers and create a guest-first experience.

We used our trends-driven methodology to identify key travel shifts and define Brand Experience Principles. These guided the strategy for design, operations, and guest experience. This led to MM:NT Berlin Lab, a six-bedroom BETA brand where we tested hospitality ideas with real guests.

Guests stayed, shared feedback, and we used this input to refine the experience. The result is MM:NT, the newest brand in TFE Hotels' portfolio. It has won industry awards and established a blueprint for how the group develops concepts, putting guest feedback at the heart of design.
